你要裝的這個3.9.5的Windows64位版本至少需要Windows操作系統(tǒng)8.1以上，如果想要裝在Windows7系統(tǒng)上的話，最好是選擇3.8.x的版本。在python下載頁面可以選擇歷史版本的，你可以查看上面的說明。有說明是at least windows xp，基本上是可以安裝在Windows7上的。

操作系統(tǒng)不兼容3.9.5版本的python，裝個更低版本的python吧
